Customers have 30 days to make a return from the date they receive their order. All items must be returned in the original unused condition, including no signs of wear, stains or damage, as well as odors from outside scents such as perfumes and smoke.
To return an item, fill in the return form and package up your items securely. Attach the enclosed return label to your parcel and return your parcel using the same postal service that delivered the order. The returns address is: Stylestore.com A/S, Sydkrogen 12, DK-7300 Jelling.
It's important to ask for proof of postage to keep a record that the parcel was sent. Once the parcel has been received, customers will be contacted by email and again once the refund has been made.
